Services

SiteKalp provides website design, development, digital storefront setup and related support. The exact scope, price, delivery schedule and included revisions are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content and permission to use all materials supplied for the project. Delays in receiving these items may change the delivery date.

Payments

Payment milestones are stated in the accepted quotation or invoice. Work may pause when an agreed payment is overdue. Third-party expenses such as domains, hosting, premium assets, software and gateway fees are excluded unless specifically included.

Revisions and scope

Included revisions apply to the agreed scope. New pages, features or major direction changes may require a revised quote and schedule.

Ownership

After full payment, the client receives rights to the final website deliverables created specifically for the project, excluding third-party materials, licensed components, tools and pre-existing reusable code. SiteKalp may display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

Liability

We work carefully but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, specific search rankings, sales or business outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service to the extent permitted by law.
