Digital delivery

SiteKalp provides digital services only. No physical goods are shipped. Deliverables may be supplied through a live website URL, email, cloud folder, repository or another method agreed for the project.

Typical timelines

Indicative delivery is 3–7 business days for a launch page, 7–20 business days for a business website and 15–30 business days for a small online store. The confirmed schedule begins after the initial payment and receipt of required content.

Dependencies and delays

Timelines depend on client feedback, content, credentials and third-party approvals. We will communicate material delays and provide a revised estimate when circumstances change.

Acceptance

You should review each milestone promptly. Unless a different review period is agreed, please report scope-related issues within seven days of delivery.

Support

Post-launch support included with a package begins on the live-delivery date. Additional maintenance can be arranged separately.
